I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's modern and fresh room design, although the lack of air conditioning was a downside. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making our stay truly enjoyable. The location, while not perfect, had its charms, especially with the upgrade to a deluxe room. The dining experience had its highlights and low points, but overall, it was satisfactory. The facilities were decent, but some improvements could elevate the hotel experience.
